Resort Operations Manager
Lead the culinary vision to create our rustic California farm-to-table cuisine featuring vibrant, vegetable-forward dishes with responsibly-sourced proteins including wild game and sustainable seafood. Oversee kitchen operations across AM/PM teams, provide strategic oversight of our unique beverage program, and cultivate strong partnerships with local purveyors to support our water temple and healing center mission.
Executive Chef
This role blends content creation, digital storytelling, and relationship-driven outreach. You’ll work closely with the founders to translate our mission and values into compelling stories across platforms including: social media, email, SMS, and initiating brand partnerships. You get to be part of co-creating our brand in the world.
